To airports and MRO facilities

Direkt! Kurierfahrzeug

AOG stands for Aircraft on Ground and describes the most expensive condition in aviation: an aircraft that cannot fly. Every hour means lost rotations, rebooked passengers and knock-on costs that exceed the transport price many times over.

So only one thing counts here, which is setting off immediately. We take the job by phone, dispatch in parallel and deliver straight to the location you name, even in the middle of the night.

Typical jobs.

AOG spare parts

The missing component from stock or supplier straight to the aircraft.

Tools and special equipment

Documents

Paperwork that has to be presented in original, handed over with documentation.

Rotables and exchange units

The defective unit back to the repair shop, the overhauled one straight back.

Frequent questions

Aviation in detail.

What exactly does AOG mean?
AOG stands for Aircraft on Ground, an aircraft that cannot be operated because of a technical defect or missing parts. AOG transports therefore always have top priority.
How fast can you start on an AOG?
We start within 120 minutes, and in practice considerably faster when vehicles are available. Call rather than write, it saves the decisive minutes.
Do you deliver airside?
The apron is a restricted area and accessible only with the relevant authorisation. We deliver to the cargo terminal, handling agent or maintenance facility, as the airport requires.
Can you carry aviation dangerous goods?
Certain goods such as batteries or chemicals fall under dangerous goods regulations. Give us the UN number and packing group and we will clarify in advance what is possible.
Do you drive to maintenance facilities abroad?
Yes, across Europe. For destinations outside the EU we also handle the customs formalities.
