Machinery

The spare part is 400 kilometres away.

Direct transports for mechanical and plant engineering. We bring spare parts, assemblies and tools to where the service engineer is already waiting. Without transhipment, at a fixed time.

Direkt! Kurierfahrzeug

In machinery a whole plant often hangs on a single part, along with a service engineer waiting on site for material. The maths is simple: the engineer costs money, the customer's idle plant costs more, and both keep running while the part is in transit.

We plan the journey backwards from the service appointment. The part is collected at the supplier, the central warehouse or the works and arrives at the agreed time, not at some point during the day.

Typical jobs.

Plant downtime

A component is missing and the plant has stopped. We drive immediately and without intermediate stops.

Service appointment

Material arrives on time for the engineer, not hours later or the next day.

Assembly and commissioning

Tools, fixtures and follow-up deliveries to the running assembly site.

Returns and repair

Defective assemblies back to the works, the repaired part straight back to the customer.

Why Direkt!

Fixed time, not a window

You name the moment, we plan the route backwards including a buffer for traffic.

Properly secured

Heavy and sensitive assemblies are strapped individually, loaded with a tail lift where needed.

Working across Europe

Service cases do not stop at borders. We continue with the right paperwork.

Frequent questions

Machinery in detail.

Can you deliver a spare part today?
If the route can be covered within a day, yes. For around 600 kilometres the realistic total including loading is eight to nine hours.
How do you transport bulky plant components?
The longest edge and the weight decide. Up to around 4.5 metres of internal length a box body works; beyond that we look at special solutions.
Can you collect directly from our supplier?
Yes, we collect wherever the part is, including at a third party. We only need the address, a contact person and whether loading is possible on site.
What if there is no forklift on site?
Then we plan a vehicle with a tail lift. Tell us what is available at both locations when you send your request.
Do you also deliver to construction sites?
Yes. On sites we need a mobile number on location and a description of the access, because fixed addresses and ramps are often missing.
