Spare parts

One part is missing, everything stops.

Spare parts logistics as a direct run. We collect the part at the supplier, the central warehouse or the works and bring it without transhipment to where it will be fitted.

Day and night across Europe
Direkt! Kurierfahrzeug

Spare parts have an unpleasant habit: you always need them immediately and almost never where they happen to be. Between the part and the idle plant lie a few hundred kilometres and a shipping route that takes two days.

A direct run closes that gap. All we need is the pickup address and the destination, everything else is handled by our dispatch team, including the arrangement with your supplier.

Typical jobs.

Production downtime

The plant has stopped. We set off immediately and drive through without intermediate stops.

Collection at the supplier

The part is ready at a third party and we collect it with the collection number.

Central warehouse to works

Between your own sites, planned or at short notice.

Exchange unit back

The defective part back to the manufacturer so the credit does not get stuck.

Why Direkt!

Now instead of tomorrow

We do not wait for route planning. Once you book, the vehicle sets off.

We arrange the collection

Even when the part is at a supplier, we coordinate the pickup directly.

Nights and weekends

Downtime knows no office hours and neither does our standby.

Frequent questions

Spare parts in detail.

How does an hour of downtime compare in cost?
That calculation almost always decides it. If one hour of lost production costs more than the entire run, the direct transport is the cheaper solution, not the more expensive one.
Can you collect a part from our supplier?
Yes, that is daily business. We need the pickup address, a contact person, the collection or order number and whether loading is possible on site.
How quickly can you be on site?
Collection starts within 120 minutes, after that it is pure driving time. For 400 kilometres that means around four to five hours including loading and unloading.
Do you also set off at night?
Yes. With downtime the night is often the most valuable time, because the plant should be running again in the morning.
Can you take the defective part back with you?
Yes, a return collection within the same job is possible and saves a second run.
